How will I receive my sound pack?
You will receive an email with your download link once the payment has gone through. Your download link will stay live for 30 days. If for any reason, you are unable to download the product within the timeframe, please feel free to contact us to receive a new download link.

I didn't receive my order?
The item is sent automatically once the payment has gone through. Please double check you have entered the correct email address/delivery address on checkout, as this will be where the order and confirmation are sent. If you still haven't received your product, please contact us

Are your sound packs available anywhere else?
No, our sound packs are sold exclusively on this website. Any other site/platform claiming to sell our packs are fake and have not been approved. Please do not attempt to download from elsewhere as they are not authentic.

Can I use the sound packs on my DAW?
Yes, all samples + sounds used in the sound packs are WAV files, they will be compatible with any DAW (FL Studio, Ableton, Pro Tools, Logic, Reason, Garageband etc.)
